You pick the model. You pick how you call it. .bloom* brings the biology. .bloom* is the biomedical domain for the model you choose: 500+ tools and 50+ scientific databases. Every result names the tool, parameters and run that produced it. You leave with what the run made — a structure, a ranked table, an export. Every call leaves a tamper-evident record you can check. Chat, curl to /api/v1/orchestrate, the CLI and an MCP client reach the same harness; a single tool job can also be dispatched directly with curl to /api/v1/jobs, ivybloom run, or a studio project.
